Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that when you make an appointment with Dash Lash Studio, a credit card information will be required to secure your appointment. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text.

All cancellations and rescheduling must be done least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in inconvenience for our salon, so please be mindful when choosing to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A credit card is required to hold appointments at Dash Lash Studio. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your appointment. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.

No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment. Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.


 

Refill Policy

We DO NOT do refills that has not been done at Dash Lash Studio.

If you currently have eyelash extensions from another salon, they will need to be removed, and a fee of $25 will be applied.


 

Refund Policy

Dash Lash Studio takes pride in our services; however, if for some reason we miss the mark of excellence in our service execution towards you –PLEASE notify us within 48 hours of your service(s). Upon Dash Lash Studio’s discretion, a complimentary “fix (NOT REDO)” may be possible if notify us within 48 hours of your service(s).
